Hello everyone, this is an unfortunate situation. With a heavy heart we have decided to implement car-side vetting only. For directions on our new protocols, please refer to our statement below. For surgeries, and new client paperwork please try to sign consent form online to protect our staff. Instructions can be found below.
Our Statement and New Protocols
To help protect the community, our staff, and high-risk family members we are instituting car-side vetting only.
For all appointments please stay in your vehicle and call us to let us know you are here. Our number is (605) 697-5252. We will come out to you and pick up your pet, then bring them into the clinic and perform any necessary exams, vaccines, or procedures. We will then call you with questions, instructions, payment over the phone, and then bring your pet back to you.
For medications and food pick up please call us when you are here and we will get payment and then bring your products out to you.
Please have all dogs on leashes and all cats in carriers.
We are closed on Saturdays until at least April 8th. We do not have enough staff on that day to continue car-side pick-up and do not want to risk infection when not necessary.
Please knock on our door if you have further need or do not have a cell phone.
This is the best way for us to stay healthy in order to continue to be able to serve you and your pets.
